Conditions for users / artists:
_ Enter and work on the site at your own risk. _Flora and fauna are protected and may not be removed
or disturbed. _Poisonous fluids that could contaminate groundwater or gases shall not be used. _There is no infrastructure such as housing, electricity, water or sewer on the property. _No driving on the plot of land. If you arrive by car, it must be parked on the road. Driving on the access road (dirt road) is not allowed. _Camping with a tent is possible. All items brought in must be removed. Open fires are not allowed. _The plot is not completely secured by fencing.
Installations:
_All installations must be dismantled without leaving anything behind. _The projects must not contradict the requirements of the protected landscape. _The power for the installation must be generated independently by on-site energy or be powered by batteries. _Light installations or sound may not interfere with the natural conditions; the sound may not exceed a "normal" volume. _The artists are responsible for their installations and their ecological compatibility. _Installations that are not dismantled in time by the artists might be uninstalled at their expense. _The works must be designed for outdoor conditions, thus must be resistant to rain, wind and temperature. _All works must be located within the property boundaries. These are recognizable via clearly marked boundary stones. The installations should be at least 3 feet inside the boundary line. _ Premature deconstruction may be possible if environmental protection is at risk. _No one can be held responsible for vandalism or theft of objects. All objects are to be protected from vandalism by the artist himself. _The artists will receive no fee and will have to supply all the materials for their installations themselves. _The artists agree that all completed projects are documented in word and image on the website without expectation of a fee.
